Online Ordering

When you have chosen your item(s) you will be directed to the payment page where you will need to make payment in full. A delivery cost will be calculated and added at this stage.

We take your security very seriously and so we use encryption technology to ensure your shopping experience is as safe as possible.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email which will have all your order details as well as our contact details should you need to contact us.

From the moment you place your order our team will track it all the way through to delivery.

If you would like to pay for your items(s) another way, please call our sales team on 02036202076 and they will advise you how to. Please make a note of the item(s) you would like to order.

Delivery

We deliver to Mainland UK only.

We have our own Kallum’s Bathrooms van for deliveries within the London area and will use pre-approved delivery companies for orders outside of the London area.

Some deliveries will be kerbside only, so assistance will be needed once your goods are unloaded. Please ensure you have this help available.

Delivery for stock items is approx.. 2-5 days, depending on location. You will be notified of the lead time for any Items which are not currently in stock.

You will receive a notification once your item(s) has been despatched. On your delivery day, you will be notified of a timed delivery slot.

Delivery charges will be calculated in the shopping basket section and cost will be dependent on value, order size and quantity as well as delivery postcode.

Once delivery is complete, we will issue you with a VAT Invoice.

Currently, we do not offer a collection service for you to collect the items from our warehouse.

Changes

If you need to amend or change an order already placed, you can call the sales team on 02036202076 or email enquiries@kallumsbathrooms.co.uk. Some of the items will be bespoke or ordered in especially for you so will be exempt from being cancelled or returned. You will be notified of these special items on your order confirmation.
