Changes
If you need to amend or change an order already placed, you can call the sales team on 02036202076 or email enquiries@kallumsbathrooms.co.uk . Some of the items will be bespoke or ordered in especially for you so will be exempt from being cancelled or returned. You will be notified of these special items on your order confirmation.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us in writing of your wish to cancel your order within this time – by email enquiries@kallumsbathrooms.co.uk or by letter to:

If the goods have been despatched, you then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods to us. You must return them to our warehouse at your own cost and risk. The item(s) need to be undamaged and returned in its undamaged original packaging with a copy of your sales order included to the following address:

Once the goods have been received in our warehouse and checked that they are in a resaleable condition, a refund will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be made if the item(s) show sign of installation or attempted installation regardless of being in the correct packaging.
